Mobicip subscriptions cannot be purchased using a debit cards. This is to ensure you are protected against potential overdraft charges when an account has a negative balance.  

Even though a debit card has a credit card logo on it (eg. Visa or MasterCard) it is not actually a credit card. Debit cards draw from a checking account and cannot be used to purchase a subscription that renews after a certain period.
