Follow the below steps to uninstall Mobicip from your Mac:

• Open Mobicip icon on Mac
• Settings and login with your Mobicip account credentials
• Click Manage Settings from side Menu
• Select Uninstall option and then Restart the system

Once done, reinstall Mobicip fresh on the Mac by following the steps outlined in this tutorial.
